spacious air-conditioned preparation facilities. Our units provide large
stainless steel work areas (counters) with conveniently located sinks for food
preparation. Choose from our wide variety of sizes, styles and appliance

All of our kitchens are NSF and UL compliant and contain state-of-the-art fire
suppression systems. The most restrictive health departments have unfailingly
approved our kitchens for commercial uses.
Our units are designed and built for ease of wash down with seamless diamond
plate floors that roll up the walls 6 inches. All wall surfaces are smooth
stainless steel, anodized aluminum or pre-painted white aluminum for ease of
cleaning. Plenty of fluorescent lighting provides a daylight appearance inside
the unit.
Our units are available with fully enclosed and easily installed crossover
connections for attachment of the kitchens to complimentary facilities,
including permanent structures.
