Catering entertainment venues was one of the reasons that Carlin mobile kitchens were created back in the early 1980’s and is still one of our strongest markets today. Our mobile kitchens have supported tours from Kenny Chesney and Neil Diamond to the World Wrestling Federation. Our modular kitchens have become a backstage foodservice solution for locations such as the Ford Amphitheatre to numerous locations for Live Nation.
