With the instability in the World today, military organizations are constantly faced with changes in quantities and locations of personnel. In addition to having to meet the traditional mess hall foodservice requirements on base, today’s military personnel desire non-traditional quick serve options similar to what they can access off-base. The temporary training assignment of thousands of troops, base realignments and closures (BRAC) has created a need for base foodservice operations to be flexible and creative. To meet these demands Carlin has designed and built a number of mobile and modular solutions to give today’s military the options to meet their moral, welfare and recreation (MWR) requirements.
