Governmental Agencies

In addition to the disaster response organizations such as the American Red Cross, Salvation Army and North Carolina Baptist Men, several governmental agencies have developed their own fleet of equipment to provide foodservice support for disaster response and fire camp catering. This type of foodservice requires self contained, durable high volume kitchen trailers that can operate in the field for extended periods of time.
